? I don't understand. Why did it take you so long? Just skip the offers for Firefox 4. I've read it's the land of suck.

Welcome to the fold. I agree with amusingmuse; stay away from FF4. Version 3.6.whatever is better (for now).

The best part of Firefox is its use of add-ons, and the absolute best add-on hands down is AdBlock Plus. It blocks just about every advertisement on the internets, which makes me very super happy, as ads invading my leisurely web browsing make me want to stab random people in the face. I don't appreciate being data mined for my surfing habits and force fed targeted ads pressuring me to buy crap I don't want or need.
