It alwasy surprises me that kissing and hugging of all things is even considered inappropriate.

I don't think providing a funeral--a service which is mostly for the benefit of the family anyway, not the deceased--glorifies homosexuality.

A lot of other churches have made it a point to denounce the decision of this church to their memebers. It still isn't fair to this family of course, but at least it has had some positive side effects.
