Karel/Lucius-Bondage, injury, viciousness. Kink being that Lucius really gets off on Karel's vicious side.

"Are you not going to plead?" he asks, and Lucius tries to keep the smile from his lips. He's not sure he wants to reveal to Karel just how he doesn't particularly mind.
Lucius has never taken a vow of chastity. Elimine never required such a thing from her followers. But he is sure that such filth is a deviation most strong from the basic tenants.
He does shirk at the flash of steel, but of course, he can't get away. Light nicks appear on his forearms.
"It is so exciting," Karel breathes, and Lucius cannot find it within himself to argue. He should be begging for this to stop, saying such and such about being soiled and no longer worthy to serve, but pure physical pleasure whisks the words from his lips, and perhaps it is not so bad. After all, Elimine never did say anything against it.
All of this, and Karel hasn't properly touched him yet.
