Yeah, on X-Files Mulder/Scully started out as (apparently) opposites with some attraction, but really they were both obsessive workaholics who were dedicated to finding the truth no matter where it took them... so that worked for me. And similarly w/Elizabeth & Darcy (in P&P), they were both very intelligent interesting people who were impatient with the fools around them... it just took them a little while to realize they were kindred spirits. Which makes sense to me, it should take a little while!

I kinda love doing a list like this, because when I first sat down to do it I didn't think I had any except Spuffy (which I was over). shadowkat67 gave me a starting point, and then pretty soon I realized that I actually had quite a few! lol

I agree about the opposites at first thing. I never shipped Mulder/Scully though, probably because the show was way too gory and creepy for me to really follow it LOL ( ... )

In addition to Buffy/Angel? I also didn't like Angel/Darla or Angel/Cordy... basically Angel didn't do anything for me ( ... )
