Is there any chance you can ask another student/TA/the teacher for notes on the class you missed? From my own recall of college, teachers do at least treat one better when one makes an effort to catch up and expresses real chagrin, instead of just blowing off the session. I'm sure your attitude as a serious student does help you in some if not most cases of this. (Plus, hello, people getting sick in a school often? That never happens. ;)

Yeah, I do my best to keep up despite absences, I just feel like one class in particular is suffering more than usual, and it worries me.

*Hugs* I hope it will be ok. Can you borrow notes from some classmate? It is frustrated when such things happen. Do you do something to reduce the stress? Stuff like meditate, drink herbal tea, yoga, a walk can be relaxing good to ease the stress.

*hugs*

I saw your tweet about this, too. I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling icky again. I had that issue last quarter-- my health kept interfering with my classes. But I did manage to pull it together in the last few weeks. Take care of yourself. *more hugs*

This is something I do hear from various former college students, yes.

I guess it's good to know it's not just me.

Do you have access to a good accupuncturist? Five Branches in San Jose is great.
