Oh good. I'm pretty sure this requires sharing liquids somehow, and that if I'm extra careful about that, everything should be fine.

You know what weirds me out the most? This is my horoscope for this week from Brezsny:

This would be an excellent time for you to do a lot less of everything. You're entering a phase when you can actually help your long-term goals by being less ambitious. The point is not to give up your drive to succeed, but rather just put it to sleep for a while. Let it recharge. Allow it to draw energy from the deeper psychic sources that it tends to get cut off from when it's enmeshed in the frenzy of the daily rhythm. Do you have the courage to not work so much, not try so hard, and not push so relentlessly?

I don't think I've ever had a horoscope enforced before...

You have a point there. Perhaps I would never have caught this had I not weakened my resistance with the dust first.

Goodness knows that whenever I catch something harder to catch, it's usually RIGHT after I've fought off something easier to catch.

2 things immediately come to mind.

1: We evolve much slower than microbes do. Perhaps when we first evolved it, it was more in our favor?

2: If nothing else, the sinuses are a much safer place for them to get stuck and settle in than most of the rest of the body, much less the rest of the head.

"Professor Zen" and "Professor Mandala" are great nicknames, and I plan to swipe them for superhero ideas.
