She can FEEL herself starving to death...this is SO wrong. Congratulations judge, you just ruled cruel & unusual punishment on an innocent woman, wouldn't that be against the law?

I know if she was on a breathing machine it would be different, at least she would feel no pain. but this is inhumane. Even people on death roll have better treatment.

And isn't this against the law, don't we have this in the US Consitution

hehe...that's what I said...it isn't int eh constitution, but it is a law that was passed. No cruel & unusual punishment...not to mention the fact that she didn't do anything!

This has made me so angry! Her husband says that she wouldn't want to be kept alive artificially. She certianly looks happy in those photos on the web page.

Fucking judicial system. I hate america.
