No customer support that can help in real time, maybe via live chat on your computer? *wrings hands* I'd have to have it to mess around with, but honestly, having never used one, I probably wouldn't help. Go online, via your computer, and delete some content there. When you first log into your account, you should see "Accounts & Lists" and once you click that, you'll see "Your content and devices". You can search for books (or fics) by title and delete them there. I think you can only do one at a time, however. This is how I delete books from my Kindle when I've finished reading them.
