i chose to naively believe that they only made out until told otherwise (which will probably be in the next ep). =/ ugh... this storyline has me all confuzzled but it's still pretty naomi series 3. it's not like she'll change so drastically over the summer. no one does. i'm still trying to wrap my mind around all this though.

Yeah, I'm with you, in that if it's not stated otherwise I'll believe there was only kissing, but sadly it probably was more. I have great sympathy for where she's ended up, but it very much steams from being unable to communicate what she's feeling, which is definitely S3 Naomi.

Oh, this was rather lovely.

I really enjoyed your version of the events unfolding and the manner in which they did, you've managed to make the scenes from Sophia's drawings not seem so set up and done with conviction but rather something innocent that went wrong in one split moment. I'd love for something similar to this to be what actually happened on the show.

I think it probably was innocent, really, and Naomi may have known where it was leading, but wouldn't have acknowledged until it was too late. Yeah, I think something like this is best case scenario for Naomi.

And I want to believe as well that it was only a kiss but I don't think you cry like that over just a kiss... :(

Agreeing. I definitely want to believe it was just a kiss. I wish they'd come right out and said what exactly happened instead of leaving us all guessing.

This was lovely, really. It made me hurt a bit, but it's nice. I like it.

Ah, but if they leave us guessing then we won't have the worst confirmed. So I'm quite happy with ambiguity really.

i thought this was really good. i liked the simplicity of your writing at points, made it beautiful and i would love to believe this was the way things unfolded. maybe it was.

I at the moment think that emily could be as damaged by just a kiss as she would have been with anything more..seeing as it is the betrayal and lying and the thought of looking at another that genuinelly upsets people more rather than the extent of their actions.

to me a kiss is just as bad as anything else.

Oh yeah, I think that it's the fact that Naomi lied for so long more than anything that will be hurting Emily, rather that getting caught up in the details of what actually happened.

I'd agree that a kiss is just as bad as anything else, but I think it's more about the awareness of what the person is doing, i.e. I knew this would hurt you and I did it anyway.
