Dude. I had the exact same thing. I was diagnosed with vulvar vestibulitis. Aka, two years of burning sensation (masturbating after handling hot peppers status) whenever I had sex. Doctors didn't do anything, got a bunch of STD tests, some medications, none of it helped. I so totally know what you're going through.
But here's where I imagine our stories diverge. Finally, I went to a doctor that had some psych training and told me that this is really common in people who were abused as kids, particularly sexually. So she sent me to therapy and after, like, two sessions it was gone and hasn't left since (and I haven't left therapy since). 20/20 hindsight, the burning started when my insurance ran out and I stopped going to therapy. So, um, try therapy? I really hope this gets fixed soon, I know how much it sucks. By the end, I couldn't even receive oral. Everything hurt. Good vibes your way. And we should hang out when I'm in town. I'll be back in about a week and a half. Probably a little less.
Have they tried antibiotics yet? Whether its yeast or not? They gave me a lovely IV cocktail of strong ones when I went into the hospital to give birth. I'd previously had a chronic problem that was supposedly "yeast" but never responded to yeasty treatments and was very uncomfortable, and it was knocked out cold by the drugs, even though the drugs were only there to treat my Staph infection.
Maybe you said something that offended it? Ugh, sorry :P Anyways I also have had something similar, luckily it didn't last too long, but I could NOT figure out what the fuck it was. I used homeopathic yeast infection treatments, which very temporarily relieved it, but I'm talking about like an hour's worth of relief maybe, and it didn't get rid of it. Doctors just told me it was probably nothing. But I read up on vulvar vestibulitis and it said that most treatments include mind-body healing because it's often brought on by emotional stress (among other things, of course). Maybe take a mental health day? Sorry you're dealing with it...ladybit problems are the worst

Mebbe a few weeks of antibiotics would help?
