I know that there's also a huge handbook that details, I think, the requirements, duties, qualifications and other information about all federal (law enforcement?) jobs. I borrowed a copy from my local library and it was rather helpful in doing my Numb3rs fic research (especially the entry on Army CID for Colby's background).
