Different meats (I think some were pork and some chicken, but not sure...one of the things on the menu was "donkey meat," so it could've been anything), and different vegetables. The orange one had shredded carrots inside, another one had mushrooms, one had cabbage, etc.

man, if i saw 'fresh vegetable juice dumplings' on a menu, i'd assume it was vegetarian. just another reason why i should never venture to asia...?
