Alright guys, here's episode 3. The rules from the last two episodes still apply, so if you haven't seen those posts yet, I suggest you start there. Basically, don't repost without permission. I agree that Rina's rap request is disrespectful. It kind of surprised me. Why would you rap a request to immortals in Rococo-wear? (Although Kamijo's "OK little honey" made me instantly forget it!) I think she did say "ji-san"--the sound didn't seem elongated enough for "jii-san"--which would probably be about the right age for her. Rina is very young, and to her, anyone over 19 is probaly an "oji-san".

Most people would probably still get offended by being called ji instead of nii at Versailles' ages. They aren't that old. I just find it rude and as much fun as the show is, Rina's character isn't a very sympathetic one as a result. Maybe that's just me.

No, I don't think it's just you. She's not a very likeable character (for all that they set her up to be a destitute orphan).

Yeah, I'm not sure what part of her character was supposed to be relateable or sympathetic, but it's just not there.

She irritates me too, I'm glad it's not just me. The rap really annoyed me, it seemed graceless and totally incongruous with how elegant and distinguished Versailles is.

I agree wholeheartedly. I also find her character to be ungrateful, what with her staying home from work to go get food, rather than, say, asking Versailles to go get food for her, or something like that. They do all the work, and she gets the food and the money.

Yeah, but I'm fairly certain that's the type of jewelry that gets sold for way more than it's worth in stores specializing in loli styles.

not just the rapping part. the way she requests something in diff manners are really annoying u.u me and my friends don't like her.. how dare her regard the band as old. ugh.

and it didn't help either when i saw her posing on bikinis and sexy what nots while searchng for band photos.. :s i mean, i thought she was that innocent young girl, but since then, i've seen her differently. the band should've chosen a better and more suited one.

I have no issue with her other work/photos, but her character's attitude feels ungrateful and inelegant, and I just really think they could have done a much better job on her writing and such.
