Yes, rain for Mako/Neph is cliche, yes, Neph liking green is overdone. But none of that matters, your fic is so, so, so very ROMANTIC! *Clamps hand over mouth for the outburst* ^_^ It's so refreshingly sweet, and quite poetic, the last line left a lingering felling. I think my favourite line would have to be "Green was life and honesty and promise." Nice.
