I twisted my ankle. I THINK it's not a sprain... Who knew that jumping 1 inch in the air in cleats could be so dangerous? Mayhaps I shouldn't have kept playing

Quick and dirty sprain test. Is it swelling up like a balloon and turning interesting colors? If it is, then it's a sprain. If not, it's either a very minor sprain or a twist.
