So, coming back from the gym, I bumped into Lucky's family. It was the wife who lived in the now empty condo, and her mother. Apparently, Lucky was the mother's cat. Aw...I have to admit, I was reading this and even before I got to the end I was like, "CUDDLE AMBERLE!"

I'm glad everything worked out and that a kitty mommy and beloved kitty have been reunited.

Now to cuddle my baby girl

Awww...you brought a tear from me. I so agree with you on how animals are more than just property, they are part of our family. I'm glad that Lucky is going to a good home. She was such a beauty! Also, great picture of Granite! I'm going to go find one of my two (they eat and then disappear) and give them a snuggle.
