One of the things we enjoy baking just for the fun of it is muffins. Mostly blueberry and coffee cake. We want to get into making more flavors - especially savory ones, but we haven't gotten there yet. Yum!!! We often make blueberry muffins out of almond flour! We don't exactly have the right recipe down yet though...the one we're using has agave syrup instead of sugar and we haven't quite found the right ratio yet. ;)

I plan to try to post our blueberry recipe soon... I'm kind of tired of copying recipes today. ;) We haven't tried anything with agave yet... I usually find a lot of the sugar substitutes make me feel weird so I am always nervous about trying different things like that out. I hope you get the right ratio soon! :D
