Secondly: Rooming: We can put up a post on tumblr/twitter that you're looking for one or two roommates and that they should drop you a message on LJ (or if you have twitter or tumblr we can mention those accounts).
Staying longer in Berlin: Recommended, but you will likely have to move to a different hotel because afaik the hotel is booked full before and after the con. As it is, they're only holding a small contingent of rooms for us for another 3 weeks or so.
Cosplay: You don't have to come in cosplay and I doubt you'd be the only one. Tracionn (my co-organiser) is not doing cosplay for most of it, and I'm sure others won't show up in costume as well, so don't worry about that!!

No need to spend too much money on sleeping arrangements when I'm a scout, thus literally used to sleeeping on the ground from time to time. (Okay, okay, we sleep on sleeping pads, but sometimes they might as well not be there ;p)
That's good to know :) I may or may not see if I can find some sort of medieval-looking dress for the feast, but that depends ;)

I don't know how medieval it's actually going to be, but I'll see what I can find/put together
