Customer Existance Lost by Design

Customers are no longer physical to most companies and it is apparent that McDonalds are experts at transforming the very being of their customers.

Recently as the only inside customer at the time I ordered, it took 20 of my 25-minute break to be served. It was not a matter of having the necessary items ready. The store was busy and food was ( Read more... )
