I've been watching Natsume Yuujinchou and have been inspired to draw something involving traditional Japanese 'monsters'. I have also been dying to draw the vermilion colored torii of Japanese shrines so this was a perfect chance. I'm so in love with these shrine gates :)
I'm on a roll with art these past few days! I have been wanting to try drawing in manga style for ages. These two pictures are pretty much lifted from the actual manga itself (Vol.6 & 7)
I was doodling another original character, which somehow turned into Jack Bezarius from Pandora Hearts. I think I just really wanted to draw blond hair... I'm tempted to draw Break too, as he's one of my favourite characters by far. Speaking of anime, I am really enjoying Darker than Black at the moment. Anyone watch this?
First ever original character that I've drawn! He's the main character of a 'story' that has been going around in my head for some time now. He looks a bit like that Final Fantasy dude with the bandana but that is totally unintentional. Drawn with Corel Painter (woot! starting to slowly get used to the program)
Well, not really enough pictures to constitue a 'dump' but these are some of the art that I've done in the past few days, kind of as a farewell to using Photoshop :(((
Characters: Drunk!England, Germany&South Italy, Germany/North Italy, Spain&South Italy, France
This meme is always so much fun to do! I haven't drawn much in 2008 compared to 2007, but I have started drawing art from a variety of new fandoms: Vampire Knight, Prince of Tennis, Fullmetal Alchemist to name a few.
Is anyone familiar with Kin'iro no Corda? Because I was re-watching the series yesterday and was (once again) sucked in to all of its bishie, shoujo glory. I had quite forgotten how much I fangirled Tsukimori the last time I watched. As always when I get into an anime, I want to draw someone from it.
