*sighs* Seeing as it's been nearly a year since it first got screwed up, I suppose I need to finally accept that my osteo-arthritis/worn-away-cartilage knee isn't going to get any better and running is off the table for pretty much the rest of forever. 32 is supposed to be too young to have these kinds of knee problems - I only did 15 years worth

Motorcycle accidents can be nasty - my father has a giant lump on one collarbone from where it healed weird after being broken by the edge of his helmet. (And knee problems, I'm finding, suck especially because basically every kind of cardio there is seems to involve putting stress on them)
Seanchai and I are currently on episode 13 of season one of the original Man from U.N.C.L.E. show, with at least one movie-based fic in the outlining process (for eventual writing if we ever finish our original fic project, that is - we're trying to get that done before being distracted by shiny fanfic possibilities, but it's hard.

I broke my collarbone in my first motorcycle wreck, but I don't have the bump... I have a six inch plate and six screws, and an interesting scar. My cardio is limited to swimming badly (for the moment) and walking the dog.
Oh, I love the first season of MfU.... I've been a fan of David McCallum since I was a kid, so I'm biased towards Illya, and that show has so much fic potential... I think it might be the oldest fandom around, and I have half a dozen series fics in various stages of writing.
And the movie... oh, yum.
