You know that fun little science project where they test animals by putting food in a bottle or jar and see if they figure out how to extract it? There's always some poor raccoon or monkey which sticks its hand in and can't pull it out and so they sit there with the bottle/jar stuck on their paw/hand because they won't let go of the food? See, that's what's sad about it: I was serious.

None the less, thanks for your supportive attitude. It's nice to be reminded that not everyone supports these people. That's a hard thing to remember when you're in the South.

For those outside the US, "the South" is the group of South-Eastern states in the US where all the bigoted fucktards ended up once the US government was dragged, kicking and screaming, into an anti-slavery policy by Abe Lincoln. Yes, the South is the reserve of racism in the US and may be one of the largest reasons we still have massive race issues in this nation. I honestly think that if they'd been able to nuke the South off the map during the Civil War, there might be about 85% less racism in this country now.

But that's me.

Just weird. elskan September 18 2005, 20:19:04 UTC
You know, I just had this urge to become a borderline celebrity who has a peculiar but dedicated fan base, mostly made up of weird fringe people.

That or it was a reference to the idea that I felt suddenly horney for someone semi-wholesome, likely as a desire to destroy and spoil those things which have a quality of character which makes them socially perfect, but which are unimportant enough to go almost unnoticed. There's a big psychological thing that goes with all this which I won't really expound upon here and now. Suffice to say, I'm a bit of a messed up little monkey.
