What's good about this is... apart from being incredibly well written and employing verbs for the best possible usage... is the fact that, yeah it's a chapter about boffing. But there's also a lot of heart here and genuine emotion.

There is a ton of fun interplay between them almost a power struggle and that's what makes this better than typical smut, it's smut that's interesting because of microtension, and emotion.

kudos for a great job buddy.

Look at you- commenting on smut! Wow. I was employing verbs? I had no idea. I wanted to try writing smut that could come from a character-driven place. Their interplay is hard to make realistic just because it isn't canon for Jeff and Annie to have sex. I cheated a little bit and had to go with my gut and personal inspiration.

I... Wow, I can't even form the right words. This was absolutely perfect in every way. Smuttiness with real heart and actual dialogue, what could possibly be better than that? Nothing. Also, "I would carry your fish tank" is the quite possibly sweetest line ever, it made me grin ridiculously.

Yay! I really wanted something unique in its smuttiness, so I made it kind of cute and goofy and tried to let the characters dictate the actual action as opposed to forcing them into situations that I wanted to write or thought would be hot.
