This is a terrific series. Sometimes it's the things we don't mean to write that are the best.

...Duo wanted to touch his hair, to see if it still felt as soft as it had when they'd been together. He wanted to press his nose against Heero's neck to see if he still used the same soap...

This was lovely. So evocative. I do hope that you'll write just one more bit. The bit where Duo actually says it .^__^

Thank you very much! I do plan on at least one more part; it was left rather inconclusive and after leaving them at odds for a year and a half I think I owe it to them to give them more than that.

Oh my... such a painful series... I do hope you continue. Poor Duo... Poor Heero... oh man, this is just so heartwrenching! Please continue it. Please!

Oh, thank you so much! You've made me very happy!

I am really very pleased that you like it and I do plan to write at least one more part. I wouldn't feel right leaving them like that.

Horray! I'm really looking forward to it. Reconciliation is painful, but it gives me hope!

That's what I'm hoping to steer them towards. Hope. :)

Mmm... I love how you create this image from Duo's side of the story. It's new and interesting to see this darker, less superfluously happy part of Duo. I also like the ending of this section... a nice little semi-cliffhanger is all it takes to keep me hooked.

The images are so tangible and beautiful. I hope that you continue.

Your comments made my night. =)

I appreciate your feedback and am so pleased that you like it and find it interesting enough to want to see more. I do plan to continue it for at least one more part. I'd all but abandoned the ficlet series but I wanted to start what I'd finished and as I said before, it's partly your fault.

Thank you!
