Figuring that out now. I don't want it centered on my desk, or between me n the door (so I can see people as they come in), so I have to figure out how I want it placed.
Specs on the computer? Pretty soon, you'll be straining to see your smaller monitor, and wonder how you ever got stuff done on it. Trust me.
If you *really* want to do something cool, hook up the monitor to your laptop and have two screens to work with. One for typing, one for research. Or keeping tabs on a game. Or watching a movie as you do do research...
The only specs I have are that it's new. And the monitor is huge. Maybe tomorrow I'll look and see the specs on it. But it's plenty enough computer to do what I need: email and word.
I have a laptop, but will not be using both at the same time. Ugh.
Give it a try some time. Some people (like me) use thier laptop as their primary machine, and hook up a bigger monitor when they're at work. It helps with keeping files straight - you only have one machine to worry about, not two.
I wish my tech support people were as happy with their technology as you are. Most only want more, more more....
