Merry Elric-mas everybody! In preparations for this Friday's Iron Drunk, I thought we might all share our favorite recipes for mixed drinks! I'll start...

Iced Doubleshot, boozehound style:
1 shot coffee liquor (SBux makes a pretty good coffee liquor, less sweet than Kahlua)
1 shot Irish Cream
Splash of cold milk on top, if desired

2 shots Malibu coconut rum

Santa's best hot chocolate

1 shot chocolate liqueur
1 shot Absolut Vanilla Vodka
3 shots warm milk
Hershey's syrup

1 shot of Chamboard raspberry liquor in your favorite cocoa recipe!

Actual Cocktails

Sidecar:
1 shot brandy
1/2 shot triple sec
fresh lemon juice
shake with ice, pour in cocktail glass

Manhattan:
1+1/2 shot of blended whiskey
1/2 shot vermouth
shake with ice, pour in cocktail glass, garnish with cherry

Rob Roy:
1+1/2 shot scotch
1/2 shot vermouth
shake with ice, pour in old fashion glass, garnish with cherry

I'm afraid all I know are pina coladas...

Mix of coconut juice, rum, (or coconut rum depending on where you buy it) with pineapple and perhaps strawberries and shaken ice. yum!
