This is indeed from Nenone-ya. The doujin is called Migiute. It's the continuation of First. There were links to them on this LJ page - http://elricest.livejournal.com/743035.html - but they were for Megaupload. I don't know where you'd find them now. :(

There was this one doujin in which two male friends go to beach to have fun. They indulge with girls but one of them encounters a certain girl who does something to the boy and the boy transforms into a girl.
