Oh my goodness, this took a lot longer than expected!! -cringes- I'm very sorry for the wait! ... I don't know what else to say other than the next chapter is already in the process of being written so it should be out sooner than this was. But, coupled with some stuff that I'm doing before school ends, this might push back the expected date again

*happy* So cute~ *^^* It's funny, because I was just wondering about when this story would be updated and reread the last chapter just a few minutes before you posted this one. I love this story... it's just so sweet and adorable, and I like the way you write Al's POV. I guess the only thing I don't really get is why Al seems to constantly switch between calling Ed "Brother" and "Ed". It's kind of strange to me... particularly since (to my knowledge) he only calls Ed "Brother" in the series. But, in any case, I very much enjoyed reading this and I look forward to the next chapter. <3

Thanks for the review! And do you mean when Al is addressing Ed verbally or when he's narrating? Verbally I have him call Ed 'Ed' only when he's annoyed or feels like he needs to reprimand him. When he's narrating, I just think it's easier to switch between the two. And in the anime, Al calls his brother by name a few times. Mainly in the first episode I think. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong! Thanks again!

I can not recall him ever referring to Ed by his name, and I am certain that he does not call him by name in the first episode. As far as I can remember, he only calls him "Nii-san" in the manga, as well. Ed, however, does refer to Al by both his name and by "Otouto" (although he uses the latter very infrequently).

And I was referring to when Al is addressing Ed verbally, not when he's narrating. For some reason, I only really notice it in the dialogue. But really, I didn't mean to make a big deal out of it! I probably shouldn't have mentioned it at all. It's just something that catches my attention when I'm reading it. ^^;

Mmm. That was going to be one of my points as well. I think he does call him "Ed" in the dubbed a few times, but not frequently -- I don't believe he ever calls him by name in Japanese. (And I don't think Ed ever called Al "Otouto" either. I think it was always telling other people that Al was his "otouto", but I could be wrong.)

But anyway~ It's just that the story itself is told in Al's POV, and therefore, the wording should be the same as how Al talks, or similar. ^^;

(Anyway, I'll, er, put the rest of my points in my own comment. Was just replying here since michirukaiou already made a note about the appelation.)

Heh... actually, I did not research housing prices, I just did it based off of where I live and what the different types of housing cost and estimated for theirs. If it's really inacurate for them, I apologize.
What would we ever do if Al was a homunculus? I personally, do not know... -clutches Al keychain- Happy thoughts...
