So.. while I was at work yesterday I started feeling a little lightheaded, and the next thing I knew I had passed out. It's great fun when you pass out at work and they call in the paramedics (not). They found my blood pressure was a little high and my blood sugar was kinda low, but there was no real reason for why I had passed out. I tried to

I don't know what it is about you and Sarah! She started having really bad migraines around the same time as you and they thought it was her thyroid and she just paid $400 for an endocrinologist to tell her it's not her thyroid and he doesn't know what's wrong with her. Geesh!
