That's terrifying. I'm extremely against drunk driving (as most people are). A drunk driver drove into my friend's house a few years ago...it destroyed half her house and almost killed her dad. Then a few months later, a family friend witnessed a car accident involving a van full of students from the college he went to. The driver was drunk and talking on her cell phone when it happened. He called 911 and tried to calm all of the students down. He watched 2 of them die. That's so infuriating. I can't believe the police didn't take you guys seriously. That's horrible. I can't stand that they won't take us "kids" seriously because by their standards, we're not old enough to know the difference. That's ridiculous. I can't even believe they did that. Isn't it required for them to take ever report seriously?! That's beyond frustrating.
When I worked in Portland, a guy came in a little bit before closing and freaked me out really badly. I mean, we all know Portland is full of weirdos, but I had seen my fair share and he was really, really odd, this one. He almost came behind the counter once, and he asked me for my name. I didn't give it to him obviously, and once he left, I thought well, at least my boss never leaves until I'm done closing up, so I'll just ask her to give me a ride back to my dorm (I lived about a mile away and it was dark). But no, she decided to leave early, and it had to be that night. (I have a point, I'm getting there
