Thank you! I love the idea of Dean's guilt over the Shtriga never having been addressed - John is so overcome with his own guilt he doesn't see how badly Dean is affected by this. Ah, lovely broken men. *g*

Oh! Poor, poor Dean. I love Jim's watchfulness. This was a great story :)

Thanks. I do enjoy writing Jim - gives me a chance to change POV. Jim has a very different feel to the Winchester POV. I think he was a very quiet perceptive guy, and probably saw a lot more than John ever did in his boys.

I would love to know what you think of the story I am writing as a follow up to Something Wicked. It's tagged as Trying the Patience of a Pastor on my site.

Oh, I love the line about Dean answering to a higher power. Pastor Jim can speak for God, but not John Winchester. Very profound and lovely, if gut-twistingly messed up. Bobby's not the first one to underestimate how screwed in the head Dean is. *smishes him so hard*

Thank you. Jim knows that Dean needs John to forgive him before he can forgive himself. And John's so busy guilt-tripping himself he doesn't see how badly messed up Dean is.
