Oh my

the images. and disjointedness. I have to admit I dont understand what's happening when Alfred and Arthur started arguing...but the desperation...and Matthew. Omg.

This is the line I love the most:

Of course, when Alfred does one December morning and doesn’t talk for three weeks he regrets everything.

Gilbert’s throat is sore by New Year’s.

Update, please?

Arthur's a hallucination, by the by. S'why the cigarette doesn't exist.

But thank you; it really doesn't make sense until you know more of the backstory, so. I think that section and Matthew doesn't watch the fireworks anymore are my favourite parts because they break my heart to write. (Just you wait for Mattie. He's got stories to tell.)

As soon as I can comandeer the laptop (and thus, Celtx, to which the next parts are saved) I shall try!

This has left me very confused, but at the same time, very intrigued. I'm really curious about what caused Alfred to stop talking for all that time. I also wonder about Arthur, because I know that you said he was just a hallucination, but that really is some hallucination.

I'm glad it's caught your attention! It's always after I post things I realize that it mostly only makes sense to me...

Sadly, Alfred's silent bit is rather late in the timeline, but it'll be out eventually. And Arthur really bothers me in that I'm so darn attatched to him but he is just a figment of Alfred's imagination. (I think.) I kinda doubt most hallucinations are like that, but I've got this picture of a Gabe/Diana thing from Next to Normal so... Authorgod power ftw. xD
In the vid, Gabe comes in about 3:50, and he's the son.
