Despicable is an understatement

Just had to blog this down, although I know the intended party will not read this:

I am APPALLED at how some people could be so opportunistic to have taken advantage of others while they were defenceless.

NO excuses for such despicable and low-down behaviour!

Shameless, deplorable, low-life!

Hope the said person DIE AND ROT for eternity ( Read more... )

hmmmm..

but i think this may not be related to nationality...

World is full of different people I guess.

Here's three verses from a set containing eight verses I look at daily to remind myself, that life isn't perfect - only of what you make it out to be.

"When I see ill-natured people,
Overwhelmed by wrong deeds and pain,
May I cherish them as something rare,
As though I had found a treasure-trove."

"When someone out of envy does me wrong,
By insulting me and the like,
May I accept defeat,
And offer the victory to them."

"Even if someone who I have helped,
And in who I have placed my hopes,
Does great wrong by harming me,
May I see them as an excellent spiritual friend."

rem reading somewhere that Buddha is not the most effective teacher to train our patience and cultivation. We need pple who are "flawed" to train our patience, learn to manage our anger and cultivation.

not buddha idol worship.

But the practise of religious principles - not just buddhism. I think each different belief system has its beauty and insights towards self-cultivation.

I don't preach buddhism, cos I'm not a buddhist.

What you mentioned about 'individuals' is exactly the food for thought from the passage I have copied for your reading leisure. Heh. :)
