I was just clicking around, doing the old friends-of-friends-of-friends thing, and I came upon your journal. That picture in your userinfo made me grin at my computer screen for a long time. Spencer and Manish are lovely, but KIERAN! That face! Looking right into the camera! I just want to squeeze him.

hey! thanks for the compiment on my family...i do love them dearly...kieran just turned 1 on wednesday...his name is from the gaelic, meaning, "small brown boy"...too bad his older brother is more brown, huh? LOL!
i saw your graduation pics! congratulations! oh, and your grandparents' wedding pic is so sweet...i love pics like that!

I didn't have any siblings, but my mother often played with me and so did my grandfather. (who acted as a surrogate father for me, as my biological one was never present) My grandpa would help me make up stories, he would play with my My Little Ponies with me, he would chase me and play tag, he would push me in my swing and many other things. My mom was usually busy working so when she got home she was tired, but she did play with me if I really wanted to play - I think I mostly left her alone because I knew she was tired. As for the role they took on - my grandfather was definitely a playmate & my mother was a partial playmate but more of the person who listened to me if I wanted to make up a story about my toys.
