I figured that after 25 years of schooling and a few more years in the hell they call residency training would earn me some special privileges. I was having some kind of x-ray or ultrasound, and they were having trouble getting it out afterward. They called in some doc to help, and he finally just gave it a good yank.

I take the specifications from the customers to engineers so they don't have to deal with customers. they have no people skills. what the hell is wrong with you people?

I am reminded of a movie that John Denver did, back when John Denver was "popular". I believe people thought he was God or something and they all made pilgrimage to his house. I remember him coming out of his place and a younger lady exlaimed "Let me see your golden staff!" or some such.

Yeah, there's a memory to cherish!
