(( Gunther, Minty Errende, Kino Kitty. Those are the 3 bards you talk to on one of the quests~ ( A quest that gives you a little exp as a reward ). Although Im not too sure on Gunthers second name, he's the bard in Payon~ Hope these help a little~ and good luck!

(( There is also a library with 4 books or so in Juno ( only problem is you can only read them when your doing the Bard quest like Danae mentioned), There's a couple more bards names there I think.. but I don't really remember either ^^; I haven't done the quest in a while, if you want I'll post up a guide. ))
