Is there a discernible difference between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD?

Your Christmas presents finally arrived, both on the same day. Maybe Mom and Dad can take them back to you when they bring Shaoly back to school.

No there is no discernible difference anymore. One can hold like 25GB (HD-DVD), bluray can hold like 50-60GB, but video/audio quality is the same.

I thought I had only 1 present? I will go read his now.

I'm waiting on the PS3's HDMI cable before I plug it in. Also I'm selling my TV (again) and getting a projector. I may not have great room right now, but I'll find a way to make it happen - HD on a huge screen is sweet! Not sure how I feel about playing wii games in the dark, though....

I just picked up random blu ray movies to test it out with, ice age 2 should look cool and I haven't seen it yet. I liked ice Age 1. Why do you hate on cool movies? Cool like..titanic...you know?
