One fine, warm, sunny day Manwe called the Valar to a meeting. It was about some trivial, insignificant matter, but it had to be done. *sigh* *ah, paperwork* *sigh* So they met, and Manwe talked about it, and in the end he told them about his proposal for solving the problem. After that, they had to vote.
