Oh yes, tell me about it. Ok, in my case it's not the milk ring but the most favorite (almost totally ruined) mouse; if it goes behind the fridge or under the couch, it doesn't matter that many more toys are available, I have to move things and give them The Most Beloved Mouse.
But our cat's favorite plaything is toilet paper. Since that's like gold these days, we try to keep it hidden from her in a container with a swinging lid. She can get her paw and head in just enough to claw up and bite the roll on top, and if she is in the bathroom with me when I need to use toilet paper, she will try to steal it right out of my hand.
