Just so you know, I really loved this. Very, very well written, and creepy in delicious (and totally realistic) ways. But I don't want to say more until I'm sure you've finished reading Mockingjay. ;)

I just picked up The Hunger Games on Thursday, and have now read it and Catching Fire. I'm going to pick up Mockingjay tomorrow, if all goes well! This was so wonderfully, creepily right for these books. The damage that's been done to Peeta came through so strongly but so did his real good nature. I've ended up rooting so hard for him and am terrified and excited to read Mockingjay tomorrow to see what's happened to him. This was eerie and fantastic.

I've always felt there would be damage to the main characters beyond Katniss. I feet like Peeta is a survivor, no matter whar, and it's made me love these books.
