LOL. my experiences with cooking fish have mostly been good cos i buy white fish fillets which are boneless, clean and preetty much do not require any preparation apart from some salt and sugar (and sometimes i use ginger or lemon)...so pretty much hassle-free. i had to learn the hard way never to buy packaged frozen salmon (not the foam container, plastic wwrapped fresh kind) tho...cos it tastes like absolute crap.

a whimsical fancy to whip something up does not a chef make. keep trying and you'll surprise yourself!
