1. It's almost six am. Duuuuuude. Kind of my fault, but not quite - I was so shattered from the last week of work that I went to sleep on Friday early Saturday morning without setting an alarm. Glad to hear you got some sleep at last. Even when it was at the wrong time of night. Or day. And yay for hearing again!

Y'know, I haven't seen any of the nominated movies this year, which is very unusual for me. Most of them haven't openened yet over here, and the others... I don't know. Somehow I didn't get around to seeing them. Oh well. I mostly watch the Oscars for all the pretty people in pretty dresses and suits, anyway. :D And I'm really looking forward to seeing Kristin perform, yay. And I expect a funny show from Jon Stewart.

Wait, where are you again? Not in the US, I know, somewhere in Europe based on the times you reply to me. (Germany?) It's too bad the movies haven't opened for you yet. They ALWAYS open in a flurry over here just before the Oscars, which means that I'm sometimes watching four movies in a weekend. But at least I got to see MOST of this year's Oscar contenders. Hope you get to see them too, soon!

And we MUST flail over the Oscars when they air. I can't wait to read your post as/after you watch the ceremony live!

Yep, Germany it is. Some years the movies open before the Oscars, sometimes not, I guess the people who set the opening dates don't care about the Oscars. Morons.

And yes we must! I'll definitely post an entry during or (more likely) after the show tomorrow. Wheee!

OF COURSE I CARE THAT YOU CAN HEAR. What is it with my f-list and ear troubles lately? I can't say I was more productive this weekend either. I slept through Saturday, literally slept the day away only to get up and pee and make myself some pb+js.

XF STUFF!!! OMG. My flist has exploded in a minor fashion, but unfortunately only AFTER I went to bed at 7am. (Okay, maybe that's a good thing, since it meant I didn't end up spamming it all and not getting any sleep at all.)
