I am legit obsessed with this. Especially when Alice cackles at one point, and then at the very end, when she just eases into a gentle, sweet smile. INSANITY. Best female Sweeney EVER, y/y??

more amazingly sassy belting under the cut )

First - Epiphany and I Am What I Am. Both ridiculous. That whole show was amazing.
Few females could pull of Sweeney...good job Alice. Sheesh. The little smile at the end is what makes it though. So crazy. So cute. So cool.
Beth's performance is my favorite of that song ever. Period. Amazing.
Second - Julia.
All four songs were wonderful, and she acted the hell out of them. (Crying Julia bad though. *tears*) The fact that she isn't the star of any show she wants is just wrong.
I Dreamed a Dream was mind blowing. Back to Before was cramazing as always. Unusual Way I was not familiar with, but liked. Losing My Mind, though? It's my new obsession. It will own me for a very long time. Just. So. Awesome. Wicked, unmeasurably awesome. Love it. Love her. *Sigh*

Alice and Beth are out-of-this-world insanely amazing. I am super super obsessed with Alice singing Epiphany. It terrifies and rivets me in equal measure. My favourite moment really IS when she breaks into that sunny smile at the end. Way to snap in and out of character so easily, Alice!
Beth kicks ass.
We all know that Julia's acting of her songs is unparalleled. She's pretty much one of the few theatre actresses I know who you can TELL is acting just from listening to a bootleg. It's even better to have a video of it. I'm warming to Losing My Mind the more I listen to it (and by warming I mean falling in deep obsessive love with)...

So many amazing, talented people I have been introduced to over the past year and a half. It is WONDERFUL, and a good few of them were thanks to you. Heh.
Unparalleled. That is the perfect way to describe it. She the best song interpreter I've ever seen. Each song is a new character. Some singers are there and it's them - heart on their sleeve, no doubt where THEY are. Julia? Not so much. It's incredible to witness - live or memorex.
