If you are hungry at night, let's say about 10.30, then it is a good idea to have some cornflakes or toast or some other snack type thing. It is not a good idea to order in pizza so late. Wondering why? Read Lesson Two ( Read more... )

I should give this lesson to DH! Of course in my current condition *any* food after 8pm is likely to have this effect. However for me, lemonade is good, very good. The bubbles make me burp, which makes me feel better. Fanta Lemon is particularly good. Mmmm, Fanta Lemon, I think I need to go find some...

Re Lesson Four: Pepperoni and TUNA???? Holy cripes. I thought BBQ chicken pizza was strange, but TUNA? Beyond belief.

BTW, aging will cure your late-night pizza cravings. You'll be fast asleep by ten....
