I JUST MEAN IT WILL INVOLVE MORE SCENES AND BEING AMAZING, PREFERABLY WHILE SHERLOCK STUMBLES OVER SENTENCES AT HER IN HELPLESS SURPRISE SOME MORE.

I ♥ this post.

(I'm not totally convinced Moriarty is dead, btw. Could have been a blank in that gun and a blood squib, and we never see Sherlock examine the body.)

Yeah, that's my hope-that-I-can't-100%-decide-if-I-actually-do-hope. Probably yes, because Andrew Scott is, once again, ZOMG AMAZING.

Also: Seven vs. Mycroft, WHO WINS?

Seven, but only because he has a time machine.

Either way, I'd read the hell out of that fic.

I can't really stand this incarnation of Moriarty, but I'm definitely going to keep your words about his weird outbursts being mostly for show in mind and hope that it (retroactively?) makes him more tolerable to me.

My theory is that Moriarty was somehow used for the decoy corpse, so I'm not really expecting to see him again.

YANA in this. And if he had to go, at least it was a bitchin' send off. But I'll miss that psychotic SOB. :(

This Moriarty seems to be a love-him-or-hate-him proposition. I think the source material had great characters-or, really, great ideas of them-but was ultimately mediocre writing and has lots of room for improvement and just outright play, so possibly that makes me more accepting of new bells and whistles.
