Baby Jane, definitely. Vader was just a misunderstood scarred guy with evil telepathic and telekinetic abilities who was Hayden Christiansen, so, yeah, totally a no-go as a villain.

It's hard to decide - Vader does more damage, but Jane manages to be way scarier...
