Personal: Late again, as usual ...

 I was totes supposed to post the next chapter weeks ago, but clearly I haven't. Life has kind of crashed around me as usual, along with the fact that the next chapter ended on another cliff-hanger. I'm getting sick of doing that. So, next update will (hopefully!) be this weekend, with no cliff-hanger. Hooray.

I´m watching the series first, later i would see the movies.
But the series as they came up, so i´m in ep 43 of the original series!
There´s so many fans in this fandom! I feel newbie T_T
If you reconmend me another way to approach Star Trek, I would be greatefull (x.x)!

OMG you're going hardcore! It's a very old fandom, so yes, it can feel massive at times.

If you like the original series, I say keep watching it! It's the shortest series of the franchise. The other shows depend on what you like. TNG is the most intelligent and likes to deal with the moral/philosophic issues surrounding space travel and sci-fi. DS9 is different in that - since it's not on a space ship- it can establish long story arcs and a lot of character development. A whole war takes place and many consider it one of the better shows. VOY is a bit more "us against the world" and they're all one big family in an unknown place (which is why it may be my favorite crew, even if it isn't my favorite show). And Enterprise ... I've never seen much of Enterprise, so I'd totally say skip it. =.=
