I am awed by how brave you are to go camping with a baby! Also, awesome.

I thought we'd be the only ones with a baby at the campsite, but surprisingly, no! There were at least two other babies under 1 year and a whole gaggle of toddlers and young kids... and the campground was not that big! Apparently, it's the thing to do? Who knew? I can see it being more challenging when she's more mobile and trying to eat things off the ground and such....

Oh, it looks like you all had fun, including Elsa! :D ... Despite the horrible weather. (It was so nasty and rainy this weekend ... May in Fairbanks is not supposed to be like that!) Your van looks very snug and cozy, and I love the mosquitoproof baby carrier!

I packed for sunny days (with sensible cold weather backup, fortunately) for just that reason! We still had a good time, and the van is WONDERFULLY snug and cozy. Perfect for all weathers.
