100 Things to Read #19
And because I can (and because I read such a ridiculous number of Merlin/Arthurs in the past seven days and soooo many of them were so good that I have to share them with the world when I can)... here's another!

Now that that's out of the way--I very randomly stumbled across this story this morning while I was busy not being able to sleep at 6:15 a.m. Even though they often end up being awesome, I frequently don't read something this short if the author has longer stories I haven't yet read, but I was really hoping I could sort of soothe myself back to sleep or something, so I jumped on the word count (and the summary) and was so very happily ecstatic about this story's awesomeness.
It's very heart-flaily and sweet. Made me cry. Not much more to say than what's already in the summary, and there's not all that much mystery to the whole thing, but the Pratface texts we get to see and the story of what happened between the boys... breaks my little heart. And then mended it all up. Hurray!
This definitely could have been longer, but I think it had just what it needed to be successful. I was left wanting more, not left thinking, "That's it?"
P.S. Because it's short and lovely, I just read it again, and it made me cry this time, too! ♥
