The interim directer before this was a straight, white woman who I personally LOATHE... thought they couldn't do worse! NOT! Apparently the board had to "bring him up to speed on gay issues"... he has NEVER even worked on anything concerning gay people, like ever. Like are you KIDDING ME?!
